Our team of nine full-time staff is supplemented by extra employees at the end of the year to cope with an increase in activity.

Administration is handled by two people, Agnes (PA) and Jacqueline (accountant) and steered by CEO Andre Thuet and Commercial Director Didier Koenig.

Distillation processes are managed by Mathieu and Brice who also take care of bottling. Karine heads packaging with extra support for her team at the end of the year to deal with the customary boom in orders.
