Our team of nine full-time staff is supplemented by extra employees at the end of the year to cope with an increase in activity.

Administration is handled by three people, Agnes (executive secretary), Isabelle (accountant) and Jessica (order entry) and steered by CEO Didier KOENIG. Audrey is our commercial.

Distillation processes are managed by Mathieu and Alexandra who also take care of bottling. Karine directs production with support from Marine and a regular seasonal team to cope with the usual boom in end-of-year orders
